{"id":4276,"date":"2024-12-19T09:00:55","date_gmt":"2024-12-19T09:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacionfamiliatorres.org\/ayuda-a-los-hosteleros-valencianos-afectados-por-la-dana\/"},"modified":"2024-12-20T12:10:09","modified_gmt":"2024-12-20T12:10:09","slug":"help-for-valencian-hoteliers-affected-by-the-dana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundacionfamiliatorres.org\/en\/help-for-valencian-hoteliers-affected-by-the-dana\/","title":{"rendered":"Help for Valencian hoteliers affected by the DANA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>Familia Torres Foundation<\/strong> has made a financial donation of \u20ac10,000 to the Valencian Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Businesses (FEHV) to help hoteliers affected by the DANA on October 29.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives of the Pened\u00e8s family winery met last Tuesday, December 17, in Valencia, with the general secretary of the FEHV, Rafael Ferrando, and the financial director Carmen Lozano, to formalize the donation with the intention of serving to help rebuild the affected premises and reactivate the sector in general.<\/p>\n<p>The FEHV, which has more than 1,500 associates in the province of Valencia, is channeling the aid received due to the DANA to allocate it exclusively to hoteliers in the affected areas regardless of whether they are members or not.<\/p>\n<p>The Torres Family Foundation has also collaborated with the Association of Sommeliers and Oenologists of Valencia (ASEV) in a charity tasting and dinner held at the beginning of December in aid of the Mira\u2019m Foundation, an association for autistic children in the Valencian Community, doubling the amount raised during the dinner.
