The intervention with this group prioritizes repairing the emotional damage that affects self-esteem and self-confidence; validating the maternal role is essential in the project and favoring empowerment, supposes achieving one of the goals set among the objectives.

The interdisciplinary technical team carries out an intervention with the family units with a holistic approach, based on individualized and comprehensive care, through actions such as: repairing the damage, acquiring tools for the development of social/personal skills, support in management of documentary and juridical-legal procedures, strengthening of the mother-child relationship, support and advice for training and employment, accompaniment in the search for residential alternatives.

The set of all the actions and activities that fall within these intervention axes, allow the achievement of the final objective, this being, the achievement of the biopsychosocial recovery of the family unit to break the cycle of violence and social exclusion.

PROJECT TO STRENGTHEN THE SAWLA COMMUNITY THROUGH SUPPORT TO ICT TOOLS AND THE EMPOWERMENT OF WOMEN.

Nasco’s initiative for the empowerment of women arose from a specific problem, for those cases in which families could not pay the symbolic price that computer classes cost (5% of cases), Nasco developed an initiative that currently He trains the mothers of these cases in the production of honey or weaving of fabrics, and with this work they obtain an income that gives them the ability to pay their expenses, which include computer classes. Currently, this activity lacks its own space, in which to carry out training workshops on growing honey or making fabrics.

The project will house a space for this activity.
