This project complements the work carried out in the centers with which it collaborates. The Foundation works to offer minors a better future, accompanying and supporting them in their training and seeking the necessary resources for their social integration. The elements that define the intervention focus on:

Thanks to the collaboration with the Torres Family Foundation, it has been possible to improve the academic grades of 80% of the minors and adolescents who have participated in the school reinforcement activities.

REFERENCE POINT OFFERS A TEMPORARY WELCOME TO IMMIGRANT ADOLESCENTS IN A SITUATION OF VULNERABILITY.

Punt de Referencia offers a temporary reception in a family unit, which lasts for nine months. Young people are offered to live in a family environment with people who are culturally rooted in Catalonia. This reception time facilitates the learning of emancipation in everyday life, shows a model of coexistence in a home, the improvement of language skills and the creation of a stable bond between the young person and their welcoming and welcoming so that they can act of adult referents beyond the reception period.

The contribution has made it possible to finance the cost of two young people and their host families, as well as the services of an educator.

Each family receives a financial contribution in concept of maintenance and household expenses and the young person receives aid for travel and other needs.
